<p>總統蔡英文論文門再爆震撼彈！美國北卡大學經濟學系副教授林環牆披露由英國「資訊特任官辦公室」（ICO：Information Commissioner’s Office）所簽署的判決文指出「倫敦政經學院（LSE）最高權力機構校評會，否認持有蔡英文博士口委名單及口試報告」，並揭露「LSE學術服務諮詢經理威爾森（Clive Wilson），在電郵中寫道『照規定，論文指導教授應繳回1本蔡英文的論文至LSE圖書館』，但繳回這件事從未發生，因蔡從未完成1本真正合格的法學博士論文，這也是為何倫敦大學總圖書館及高等法律研究院（IALS）圖書館都沒有這個假博士的論文入館紀錄」，對此，總統府尚未回應。</p>
