<p>木哈買提•合孜爾別克（Muqamet Qyzyrbek-uly）告訴記者，他出生於1982年12月19日，他以前在中國的居住地址是烏魯木齊縣板房溝鎮登沙溝村200-7號院。2015年8月25日，他與他的妻子和兩個孩子移民到哈薩克阿拉木圖市。他的妻子阿曼著里•黑沙（Amanzhol Qisa-qyzy）出生於1988年3月15日，大女兒巴麗肯•木哈買（Balgyn Muqamet-qyzy）於2008年11月7日出生；第二個孩子是克拉尼•木哈買提（Qyran Muqamet-uly），出生於2011年1月24日；第三個孩子則叫拜巴爾撕•木哈買提（Bybaris Muqamet-uly），於2016年7月24日在阿拉木圖出生。</p>

<p>木哈買提•合孜爾別克說，他的妻子阿曼著里•黑沙在2017年12月24日乘車去中國探親。然而，當她一踏進中國領土，警察就沒收了她的身份證和哈薩克綠卡。中共將她軟禁了3個月後，正當她要去取回護照時，於2018年4月8日被帶入勞教所。在整整一年後，2019年4月8日，她從集中營中獲釋。此後，她被迫在烏魯木齊的桑芳古服裝廠勞動了3個月。她的工資是每月800元。然而，她再次被軟禁和監視。中共沒收了她的證件，不允許她回到哈薩克與丈夫團聚。2021年6月13日，她更被迫與在哈薩克的丈夫離婚，並被脅迫有條件地同意離婚。</p>
