<p>無論是國民黨還是民進黨執政，最愛拿「國際現實」來說嘴，除了不讓台灣從中華民國殖民下獨立建國，碰到任何困難皆推給中共阻撓。如今，武肺疫情襲台，台灣真正的「國際現實」恐怕才真正來臨！</p>

<p>先不論台社論：台灣接種卡、美國接種卡，國際認哪個？灣是否多數人要施打國際不承認的國產疫苗，即便施打了國際認證的疫苗，哪些國家願意承認由中華民國衛生福利部疾病管制署（Centers for Disease Control, Ministry of Health and Welfare, Republic of China）所印發的「疫苗接種紀錄卡」呢？先不說過去持中華民國護照，入境外國就時常被認為是中國人，甚至被認為台灣是中國的一部分，如今撇開政治和歷史複雜等因素，單純以健康角度思考，如果沒有強大的外交手腕，如何能確表不被國際承認的中華民國政府核發的「疫苗接種卡」，能在疫情過後被國際承認？</p>

<p>更別提若施打不被國際承認的國產疫苗，即便經三期實驗上路施打，若未經國際或如美國這樣的大國疾管部門認證，台灣人要出國勢必層層受阻。<a href="http://eatnews-net.ibrave.host/article-1/20210622-1/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">以近期印度留學生赴歐讀書為例</a>，儘管該國擁有國產疫苗Covaxin，但該疫苗並未獲得國際核准，留學生僅能被安排施打AZ疫苗；<a href="https://www.worldjournal.com/wj/story/121469/5510381" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">又以台灣留學生赴美為例</a>，全美超過400所高校給出要求，只有WHO批准的疫苗才算符合規定，這也意味著施打國產疫苗，注定要重打。</p>

<p>若依照蔡英文政權的邏輯，台灣連購買疫苗都能被中共打壓，難道施打「不被國際承認」的國產疫苗，或使用「不被國際承認」的中華民國核發的「疫苗接種卡」，就不會遇到「國際現實」嗎？篩檢、購買及施打疫苗只是抗疫的第一步，打完疫苗後的國際交流，才是現在應該規劃的，蔡英文政權開始準備了嗎？開始超前佈署了嗎？</p>
